Following the principles of good faith and acting in your interests, we consider that by clicking the “Accept” button you agree to all the provisions of this Statement without any exceptions and give your consent to the processing of personal data.

Parental Control Kroha Sp. z o. o. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://kidsfinder.net website and the Kidsfinder mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the Service, as well as your options regarding this data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used herein have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use.

Maintaining confidentiality is important for the Company, as the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of privacy and personal and family life from any unauthorized access or disclosure.

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and personal information (identification data and any other related information) regarding individuals who use the Company’s Content or Service.

This Policy applies to the processing of personal data collected by any means – both active and passive, via the Internet or without its use – from any person anywhere in the world. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices for collecting, using, disclosing, and protecting information collected through our mobile software and website (collectively, our “Service”), as well as your choices regarding data collection and use.

Information Collection and Use

How do we collect and use information?

1. We collect and store the information you provide to us when you first become a user of the Service, i.e., your name and email address.

The main reason for receiving your email address is to make it easier for you to use the Service. We also use this information to keep in touch with you and provide information about the Kidsfinder app. In the future, we may use it to inform you about potential partners and their services, or to create anonymous or de-identified records based on your personal data, excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable.

At any time, you can ask us to change or delete the information you have provided to us. You must do this from the email address your account is connected to.

Additionally, if you have granted Kidsfinder access to any data associated with your Google account, you can revoke that access on Google’s security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

2. We also automatically collect data about how you use the Service: your schedules, device operating systems, IP address, etc. We analyze this information to troubleshoot problems encountered by users and to understand how our products are used and improved.
3. If you enable location tracking on a device, we also collect data about the location of that device, as well as any geofences you set. Location data is used solely to provide a location tracking feature and is deleted from our systems 14 days after it is collected.
4. Some features of Kidsfinder use YouTube API services to help you understand which videos are viewed on devices you control. By using these features, you also agree to be bound by Google’s Privacy Policy (the full version of which can be found here: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). In particular, Kidsfinder collects and stores video browsing history for the sole purpose of providing this information to the user. This data is deleted from our systems 3 days after its collection.

Summary
We collect the following types of information about children who use the Service:

• Location (Geolocation) – We collect and use the unique user identifier and geographic location of the mobile device on which the "Kidsfinder" app is installed, using background GPS, Wi-Fi, or wireless triangulation to obtain the location of a mobile device to provide our Service. We retain location data only for as long as is reasonable to provide the Service, and then we will delete the location data associated with your profile in the "Kidsfinder" app. The Company can store location data for a longer period of time to analyze aggregate trends and metrics. If you wish to opt out of the collection of location data, you can restrict the app's access to location data in the settings of the mobile device on which the app is installed.
• We do not collect information regarding the child's first and last name; any nickname can be used as a username.
• Photo of the avatar. You can use images without identifying the child.
• We collect device usage statistics to display (exception in the verified parent app): the type of sound mode on the child's phone; battery level of the child’s device; information about the percentage of time spent using other apps on your child's device; a list of contacts on your child's device; YouTube and web browser history on your child's device; the history of messengers on the child's device; pictures and photos on the child's device; steps taken by the child during the day.
• The parent may contact us to review and/or delete any personal information collected by the Company regarding the child or to revoke permission to collect additional information regarding the child. Please contact us at support@kidsfinder.net if you have any questions about your child's profile.

Data about children

We do not allow children under the age of 13 to subscribe to the Kidsfinder app.

Depending on how you use the services, you may provide us with data that is theoretically possible to identify your children. This can happen if:

1. You use an email address that can be used to identify you.
2. You use your children's names to refer to devices monitored through the "Kidsfinder" app.
3. The combination of your name and the names of your children is sufficient to identify them.

We do not use this data, and the only purpose for which anyone can access it is to provide support and development for Kidsfinder products.

Payment data

If you make direct purchases from us (i.e., not through an app store), your credit or debit card information (such as the type of card and its expiration date), as well as other financial data necessary to process the payment, may be collected and stored by the payment processors with whom we cooperate.

In addition, payment processors typically provide us with limited information about you, such as a unique token that allows you to make additional purchases using stored data (including recurring payments if you have enabled auto-renewal), as well as the type of card, its expiration date, and certain digits of the card number.

Technical support & Cookies Data

The Company may also store any communications you send to us.

We use this information to operate, support, and provide you with the features and capabilities of the Service, and to communicate with you. We may send you in-app notifications (e.g., profile verification, parental consent notices, order confirmations, changes or updates to Service features, technical and security notifications).

The information we automatically collect through technology when you visit our website or use mobile software may include certain data about your PC or device. We and our business partners may collect this data using technologies such as cookies, web cookies, log files, or other tracking/recording tools.

The information collected includes, but is not limited to: IP address, browser data, page/exit links and URLs, streaming data and information about your interactions with web links, website, mobile software or the Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser and track its behavior on our site, mobile device type, or other persistent identifiers and location data collected from your mobile device. Some or all of this data may be combined with other personal information mentioned above.

When you access our Service through a mobile device, we may receive, collect, and store unique identification numbers associated with your device or our mobile application (in particular, UDID, Unique Identifier for Advertisers ("IDFA")), device type, model and manufacturer, mobile operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, geographic location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude and/or longitude), Wi-Fi data, or similar location information for your mobile device.

• Remember data that you don't need to re-enter the next time you visit the site or sign in to the mobile app.
• Provide personalized content and information, including advertising.

• Diagnose or fix technical issues reported by users or engineers related to specific IP addresses or user IDs.

The Company may also collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and trends in the use of the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third-party applications, and other data that helps us analyze and improve our Service.
